Breathing Apparatus Training Brisbane
PURPOSE:
Vertical Horizonz Australia’s Operate Breathing Apparatus course is designed to train individuals to select, test and fit Breathing Apparatus. We also demonstrate and teach how to operate breathing apparatus in oxygen-deprived & visibility-reduced environments, and move safely in a confined space, an anoxic atmosphere and when there is a risk of exposure to hazardous gases, vapours, aerosols or particulates. We also provide various training and consulting services, such as Gas Test Atmospheres Training, Confined Space Rescue Training, and Confined Space Auditing & Consulting.
ELEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
- Conduct pre-usage checks and test equipment
- Operate breathing apparatus
- Complete operations in accordance with procedures
- Clean up
