Purpose

This skill set reflects the skill requirements to safely and effectively operate a hydro excavation system independently.

This skill set is for a member of the hydro excavation team who needs to be competent to operate independently. This not only involves technical competence in hydro excavation but also requires safe operation at a worksite that is not familiar to the operator.
