Four-Wheel-Drive Vehicle

Medium Rigid Vehicle – MR
Vertical Horizonz Australia Medium Rigid Vehicle course is designed to ensure trainees are competent and confident to operate and maintain medium rigid vehicles in industries such as mining and civil construction.
Our Medium Rigid Vehicle training qualifies our trainees to operate buses, trucks, primer movers, mobile cranes over 8-tonne GVM with two axles maximum and trailers with a maximum 9-tonne GVM. It also includes trucks and buses in the LR licence categories.

Heavy Rigid Vehicle – HR
Vertical Horizonz Australia Heavy Rigid Vehicle course is designed to ensure trainees are competent and confident to operate and maintain heavy rigid vehicles in industries such as mining and civil construction.
Our Heavy Rigid Vehicle training qualifies our trainees to operate buses, trucks, primer movers, mobile cranes over 8-tonne GVM with two axles maximum and trailers with a maximum 9-tonne GVM. It also includes trucks and buses in LR & MR licence categories and articulated buses.
Vertical Horizonz Australia Heavy Rigid Vehicle course gives you a road ranger gearbox open licence required by many transport companies and is needed to access most mine sites.
